Interested eligible bidders should note that only those who meet their criteria indicated below and have relevant documents at submission will be considered for Technical evaluation.
- A bid bond which must be in in the form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) of kshs 100,000.
- Valid income tax compliance certificate.
- Certificate of registration/incorporation.
- Dully filled and signed form of tender.
- Valid National Construction Authority Registration NCA 6 and above.
- Proof of adequate equipment to carry out the works.
- Proof of qualified personnel to carry out the works.
- Proof of works of similar magnitude undertaken in the last three years.
- Proof of Financial ability to carry out the works.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all government taxes where applicable. Prices quoted should be delivery in Kenya shillings and must remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the tender. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 am at the main complex. Bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the opening are free to attend. The board of management does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder.
