Interested eligible bidders should note that only those who meet their criteria indicated below and have relevant documents at submission will be considered for Technical evaluation.

  1. A bid bond which must be in in the form of bank guarantee from a reputable bank or insurance companies approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) 500,000 (for no.1)
  2. Valid income tax compliance certificate
  3. Certificate of registration/incorporation.
  4. Dully filled and signed form of tender. (for no.1)
  5. Valid National Construction Authority Registration NCA 3 and above. (for no.1)
  6. Proof of adequate equipment to carry out the works. (for no.1)
  7. Proof of qualified personnel to carry out the works. (for no.1)
  8. Proof of works of similar magnitude undertaken in the last three years. (for no.1)
  9. Proof of Financial ability to carry out the works/supplies.
  10. list of ongoing works of similar magnitude . (for no.1)
  11. ALL documents should be well bound and paginated.
